[Darth Maul] [] Marvel announce new Darth Maul mini-series

As exclusively revealed on USA Today Marvel are to launch a new Darth Maul mini-series in February. Penned by Cullen Bunn with art by Luke Ross, this story "takes a look at the tattooed villain’s younger days before his short-lived appearance" in The Phantom Menace.
Maul is an "untested warrior" who, under the tutelage of Darth Sidious, is barred from engaging with the Jedi. But when Maul discovers that a young Padawan has been taken prisoner by an underworld crime lord, the Sith apprentice "seizes an opportunity to test his skills against a real Jedi but also maybe turn someone else to the dark side". This is a story that promises a Maul who has "lots of rage, a need to take revenge against the Jedi, and problems taking orders."

The first issue of this five issue mini-series is slated for release in February.
